Return / Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the return or request of a refund is due to "Buyers Remorse", this Return / Refund Policy is limited to 7 business days after receiving the product.
Buyers Remorse is when a customer orders a product, receives the product, and decides they no longer wish to keep the product due to their change of mind. The product MUST be in the original packaging, untouched and unopened if you would like to submit a return regardless of buyers remorse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or give us a call at 833-589-8797. If your return reason is accepted, the product will be then returned to the manufacturer. Items sent back to us (Luxury Tech Inc) without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
In the odd time that there may be damage to your order either due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping accident, please contact us at your next earliest convenience and we will take the extra steps to make it right immediately.
Once your order has arrived to your shipping address, please inspect and look over the entire order carefully and note if there are any damages, defects or issues to the packaging and / or the product(s). We also ask to make sure that you have received your entire order that you had purchased.
If an issue with the order has been found, please take photos of the entire order that was received and also pictures of the issues that may have occurred. The photos can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance where we will be able to make it right for you as soon as possible. Once we have the photos we will be able to move forward with your request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about any specific item you wish to return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Things happen! We understand!
If the customer wishes to exchange the item(s) that they had purchased for a separate product on our website they are more than welcome to do so. We just require that any changes that need to be made to the order, need to be communicated prior to the order leaving the manufacturers warehouse.
We will contact you prior to the order leaving the warehouse to confirm all of the details are correct.
Once the order has left the manufacturers warehouse, we are not able to make any changes to the order contents. If you receive the "unwanted" order, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item back to the manufacturer.
If the item has shipped out, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, get the refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will ONLY be accepted due to a cancellation anytime before the order has left the manufacturers warehouse, or if a return of an item has been accepted by either Luxury Tech Inc or any of our supporting manufacturers.
We will notify you once either we (Luxury Tech Inc) or the manufacturer has received and inspected your return. The location of where the product is shipped to will be dependant on the product. If the return has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the entire order cost on your original payment method. Please remember it can take anywhere between 24 - 72 hours for the fund to show back into your account, also depending on the financial institution you are with.
