Refund / Return Policy
Luxury Tech Inc has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after shipment of your item to request a return. If it has been over 30 days, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As we (Luxury Tech Inc) covers the cost of shipping from the manufacturer to the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost in full back to the manufacturer of the returned item.

Once the manufacturer receives your return and your return is accepted, we will issue you (the customer) a full refund to the method of payment used at checkout. Items sent back to Luxury Tech Inc or the manufacturer without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would like to change your order before the item has shipped out, just email email@example.com with the information that needs to be changed and we will gladly help you out. If the item has already shipped, You will have to wait until delivery, return the item and make a separate order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you if the product was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Buyers Remorse will only be eligible for returns 7 days after purchase. After that time period, we are not obligated to accept the return claim. Buyers Remorse is when you purchase a product and feel the need that you don't want it anymore for numerous reasons however the product is still in perfect working condition.
