How To Track Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and/ or SMS of the purchase. Inside your confirmation, will be a separate link to your order page which will display shipping address, billing address, and items purchased. This is to confirm your contents and the shipping/billing details.
Once you have received your confirmation email or SMS, the order will then begin processing. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days and shipping generally takes 7-14 business days.
After the processing stage and the product has shipped from the warehouse, we will have received tracking information for your order.
Tracking information is only received once the product has left the warehouse.
Please note if shipping across border, the customer will be responsible for duty fees. If you have a questions on whether duties will apply to your order please feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to confirm. Most of our products do have warehouses in both Canada and the United States but this is a disclaimer for those off times an order does need to cross the border.
